EDIT: WORKS!
The dxdiag program they gave us detects only my C partition which has 72 gb out of 300, and not my D which has 200 out of 600. They won't look at that? XD

I got this as well. Turn off your firewall for a second to allow it to send or allow it on the exceptions. That worked for me.

Did it go through? Try to restart the app/ turn off firewall for a bit or your pc took an arrow in the $&@!!! :]

Yeah, but now I'm getting network error, cant send system information, etc.

My firewalls are off and such, dont know why its not sending. I tried at least 10+ times now
