Help with sending the key to the winner

Hi

this is the firrst time that i do this

I created one giveaway, and sent to the winner the key to one email account that appears

is that correct?

now, Have I to wait to his reply? what happen if he doent reply?

Yes, it's correct. You have to wait for him to mark it as received. If he doesn't within a day or two, try adding him to remind him.

you send the gift at that email and mark the gift as sended
then the receiver has to mark the gift as received and then your contrib value will increase
