He just created his SG account to give away the games. He probably just doesn't know how things work yet.
The bigger question is why he farmed 5 copies from Humble Bundle, unless he bought/traded for them from somebody who took advantage of him.

Your next thread will probably have the following title:

"How do I level up?"

So let me anticipate the reply: by giving away games that were not free. Neither now nor ever in the past. When they have two ** next to their name in the dropdown list when creating the giveaway, that's an indicator for not giving any kind of contributor value (CV).
