And every game with cards gives you a chance to get booster packs which I love receiving even when they cost nothing, just a good feeling =d

Every coin has two sides, huh? Some might think that a thousand games is an achievement but then get punished by not being able to enter some cool giveaways.
It's like having many children, while you can have all that happiness, you also get that other stuff which some could call a ball and chain. =d

Hmm, I can relate to your point of view and maybe it works more often than it doesn't but it's like measuring two different things, the game might be left untouched in any case, someone with 10k games would play it and someone with 10 games wouldn't, it depends on many things...
Therefore, maybe giving away games to people who will at least try a game would be a solution and a percentage of played giveaways would be much higher than just giving away games to those who have less than X games, by the way 666 doesn't seem like a tiny cosy library too xD More like devilishly large one =p

I was looking through mine and saw two instances of Counter-Strike: Condition Zero. One was app/100 and the other app/80. Crysis Warhead, and I'm sure a few others, do the same.
