You can ask the person who owns or is in charge of the Blacklist to remove you, however it is up to them whether or not they take you off of it, the reason you're added to them usually is because you've either done something they disliked or broke some rule they'd set for something.

Blacklists are only used by individuals who got permission from staff or they are for private giveaways. There is no "official" SG blacklist. If the giveaway has one then it is the person who made the giveaway who put you on their list.

In your case it's either because you said something in another forum thread that rubbed someone the wrong way or it is because you didn't activate the copy of BioShock that you won here over a month ago which, by the way, is the reason why you are now going on my blacklist. What did you do with that game anyway? You've been a member for over a year and you obviously still haven't read the rules yet.
