Can "Suspended" members view keys from giveaways they win?

You can ask support for a new winner. Give "suspension" as reason.

Is the suspension permanent or just for a couple of days? In the latter case you can just wait.

Edit: A suspended member can not view the key.

FYI - If they were suspended after you sent the key (sounds like it since you said 'last week'), make sure that they haven't VIEWED the key, before requesting a new winner.

Before the key (serial number), on the Winners page, there should be a green eye ... this means the key was viewed.

Recommendation from SG staff is that if the key has been viewed, DO NOT request new winner, simply submit a ticket for key to be marked as received ... this is what I was told a few years ago when this happened to me.
