Did Telltale scam me?

I feel uncomfortable after trying to fast-read that paragraph.

You purchased it through steam, or telltale's website?

if they didn't charge the full price then I don't see how it could possibly be a "scam". Check the bundle again and see if it says you own it all or not, and if it lets you purchase the "missing pieces" add the cost of what you were charged to the remaining pieces and see if it adds up to the "normal cost" you wanted to pay. Without any real details we can't help you, all I can really say other than that is that telltale doesn't "scam" anyone, you might have encountered a system glitch (which can be fixed or reversed) but that's not a scam.

Nope, BttF and ToMI are using the old TellTale distribution, so 5 separate titles in your library, with all appIDs pointing to a single store page.
Check your licenses history on Steam. If you won't see the missing items in a day or so, contact Steam support. It is a problem on their end, they didn't associate your account with all the licenses from the TellTale Complete package. They will likely try to get rid of you by saying to tell it to TellTale, but be adamant and say it is a Steam store issue (because it is).

It's all listing correctly. It not showing up in steam store just means it's no longer available. This often means they're releasing a more up to date version, but could also just be a steam sale bug.

Keep in mind that sometimes steam has syncing issues. Restart client and wait an hour. If problems still persist after both of those steps, then you can get concerned. Though, as I linked, it's all still showing correctly in steam's database, so it's doubtful there is a problem [worth being concerned over].

It is just one of those items that has a messed up APPID setup on the backend, so it will always show as not being owned. Similar situations have popped up for various games, like Arma 2 (Which had 2 versions, then shrunk it down to one) and Painkiller Black Edition. You see the APPID for the junk Sam and Max one, on the store page, but when you buy it, it actually gives you separate APPIDs for each episode of the game. It can get to be very annoying, but you weren't scammed and you do own everything, it will just always show up as being unowned. I would say unlikely to be fixed. Steam has never cared about this and companies rarely try to do anything about it.

Already talked to support, they say I didn't bought those games(I bought the entire collection(facepalm)) and they don't give me a solution for the episodes that I can't buy because I don't have them. Since the change on the bundles(the change that if you have some games it goes cheaper) the bundles are really buggy...

Yeah, it's bugged. But at least it doesn't charge for it.

Strong Bad & Monkeys add only one episode, which means you're fucked. Unless it adds them next time you try to buy it?

Anyways, I skipped it because of this

that collection is bugged as heck... there'll be many games you only get Episode 1 of, and many you don't even get at all. On the bright side it's not charged...

For me there's 48 items but when I add to cart it only lists I'll be getting 13 items. A few episode 1s, Sam and Max don't show up at all, etc etc.
