Shit happens. Since there's no warranty that you'll actually get those games, all you can do if you don't receive the key is negative feedback and cry a lot. It's not like you lost something valuable.

While I do agree with you 100% that these people are the cancer of this site, what you're doing, calling him out and those like him, is a bannable offense here. I'd highly recommending deleting this thread before you get banned.

How is SteamGifts unable to stop these guys from entering and why are people keep falling for this kind of ridiculous, though unintentional, trick?
This isn't the first time seeing something like this. Back a few days ago, there was another guy. God knows what happens to the guys who won the roll and excitedly waiting for the key.
