if i use Backpack Expander of tf2, will my tf2 converted into premium version?

no, it will not convert to premium membership, you will be given one more bag slot, as though normal and then if you were to buy premium it would act as though you still have the +1 bag slot on top of premium bag slots (by +1 slot i mean +1 page of slots)
