Since you can no longer buy Steam games as a gift some people see the ones remaining as collectibles.
You could probably exchange them for gems or keys, but you'd have more luck trying the Steam forum;

CG must be waiting for the 50 mil sweet spot to sell

He should try to sell the site as soon as possible, before the possible buyers question the members number and see that 50%+ of the active accounts are multiaccounters and autojoiners (so in the end more or less bots and not real members). And before they create a own account to see the activity of discussions and the community etc. :D
Good luck that the price will raise in the future.

Hi! You can try searching Inventory.gift. Most of them are resellers but they offer TF2 keys for the gifts, mostly without restrictions (ROW). You can also be guide yourself with gg.deals to get a better idea of the prices of removed games you own :) Good luck!

You can check their prices on websites like Allkeyshop or gg.deals.

Basically their lowest sale prices (if we talk about trading and not selling), nobody wants to overpay "because steam gift", i did thousands trades (steam keys) in past and when Steam disabled steam gifts i also expected some price increase aka "for collectors" items. Absolutely nothing happened in years and nobody ever wanted to pay anything. I have 320 Steam gifts in my inventory for years and literally gave up to trading them. (i also stopped trading at all as it become total pain and waste of time). I can say sell em on grey markets rather than trade them with ppl, its utimate pain nowadays. U can get better price than it trading. (in trading is 99% of ppl resellers so...)
I tried to trade my hundreds gifts for months and months and months... if i traded 2 gifts its alot.

That might have more to do with your terrible attitude towards your trade partners and refusing trades for your inventory gifts if they weren't like double what everybody else was charging. Sometimes, we are the cause of our own demise. <shrug>

Terrible attitude and bad charging prices will be exact reason why i did one of most trades on whole Steamtrades.
Anyway i never was selling gifts for € or TF2 keys or other items so dont think i was charging double. Or maybe you talk about smth i dont know about, am happy i forgot lot of things about it :D
I did thousands of trades overall but Steam gifts never worked for me.

Besides the obvious trading websites (SteamTrades, barter.vg) you can also check this for inventory gifts:
https://www.inventory.gift/
To get a grip on prices, you can also check offered gifts at keyshops. Just look at the price comparison websites for a game and then whether it's a key or gift. Not allowed to link these, so you'll have to search them yourself.

They are considered (justiably) collectibles overall, although certain games still sell 2 and 4 packs, which do provide new inventory gifts. Those are obviously not as collectible.
As a rule, inventory gifts are tradable for TF2 keys and other marketable items. You will however have to field a fair amount of incredibly one sided (not in your favor or even attempting to be equitable) offers. My advice would be to take a look at ggdeals and just see what the lowest current value is for a specific game to get an idea for its trade value, but also recognize that those prices are for readily available game keys and make your decisions accordingly.
All this goes out the window for games that have been delisted or removed from Steam though. The value of those will typically be more. Even more than retail in many instances. That'll require a bit more diligence in researching market values.
Ultimately though, this same advice applies to all trading: never make a trade you aren't comfortable with no matter what your potential trade partner thinks about it; and always try to make trades where both parties walk away content with what they received. Also always make sure your trade partner is who they claim to be. Lot of scammers and impersonators out there.
Btw, region locked gifts will always carry less value. Just a heads up there.
Good luck!

You have good big games that are no longer sold on steam, like mortal kombat or battlefield, and those gifts are not region restricted, so start with those first, check their approximate price on gg.deals, they will be not that bad, and you can exchange them for something good. Try, for example, to understand the unfriendly interface of barter.vg and it will give you a lot of opportunities for exchange. (just in case: don't offer to trade here on the site, it's not allowed).
A lot of gifts are locked in the ru-cis region, there is not much that can be done about it as for me.
Also, get rid of guest passes, this is an absolutely unnecessary thing and absolutely no one needs them, they will only interfere with the inventory.

I have Steam Gifts in my inventory. What is their price now? Can I exchange them for TF2 keys?
