Some months ago (way before the two-way blacklist mechanic) I cleared out my blacklist and left only 2 persons. Guess who is one of them.
Every time he begs, he gets suspended and just comes back like "What the fuck, I didn't beg, I was just asking very much for a specific thing!" and keeps begging. He'll never learn. I'm just waiting for the day he gets a permaban.
I don't know what's wrong with him. The community is fine and every time just asks for him to stop begging, but he's stubborn as hell, he's still convinced he's not begging every fucking time.
I'd link you some of his masterworks, but that's against the rules.
I'd say attention whoring is his stuff. Just ignore him.

Your English is so bad you should just type in your own language. I'll attempt to understand what you're trying to say:
a) My giveaways are set to level 1 since I'm not sure how good SG deals with bots, and most bots wont donate a game to get to level 1 so it's an easy filter. I mean look at you, it was hard for you to get level 1.
b) If you mean that I blacklisted people, I blacklisted 2 people, I've been blacklisted 7 times by other users for whatever reason that I don't care about. Who cares? It's 9 people that wont be able to join my giveaways, simple as that.
c) I don't make group giveaways, so I don't know what you mean.
d) I don't have other restrictions on my giveaways, there was only 1 that had to be NA restricted because of HB since it was a region locked key, almost everything else was allowed everywhere I think. I have to restrict those otherwise some people wont be able to activate them so it would be pointless to give it away.
If you were trying to insult me, the joke is on you because you're off topic and you copied me. I'm happy with what I win and you don't hear me complain, and I give back to the community too. I don't understand how pointing out my giveaways has anything to do with you leeching off this site and complaining that the website is toxic yet still coming back here. Also, get a better image.

I was at the carnival, there was a lot of evening, carousels, slides, balloons and hotdogs
