Just contacted them ;) Few of my links from Humble Square Enix Bundle were not working - for 1st reply I waited around 1-1.5 day, asked me for detailed list of games, as they couldn't verify them just by links - then after list was send after 5 hours all games were revoked and reset. I must admit it was quite a pleasant surprise and nice experience comparing it for example to Steam Support (my payment wasn't processed once and I had to wait over 2 months to get a game I paid for).

they will get it to you eventually - no worries - remember that HB is based in US, so it's employees are mainly US residents. If you sent a ticket half day ago it was probably middle of the night there so no wonder there was noone to answer to you ;p

i hope so :)

but anyway im still waiting :)

1 or even 2 days waiting on response is not slow.
Steam is a slow support - when after few days you get automated reply, after few weeks finally a reply from a human being, but just copy-paste, and after 1-2 months eventually your issue resolved.

I was referring to my personal experience, not to this specific case. And with me, they were indeed slow, but ultimately very nice.

I had a bad experience recently. I was trying to buy second (sic) copy of bundle as a gift and triggered "too many purchases" limit. I asked support for help thinking it was an error and they told me to use different payment method every time. Yeah, because I want to give them all my credit cards details (normally using paypal), and this certainly don't fall under "suspect behavior" category. They also refused to tell what are exact limits to purchases, a thing that should be included in FAQ.
I was buying two bundles to gift and play with my sister, one copy is pretty useless to me, so I'll never buy HB with that intention again. Good thing I didn't buy tier 3.
Sadly to say, the bundle pioneer is't doing very well recently :/

are you sure? Cause I have 51 bundles purchased and paid for all of them with same PayPal account. Only time I got locked was when I tried to buy 5th copy of the same bundle 1$ tier (back in a days when early buyers were getting still getting bonus games).

I once bought a game from the Humble Store by mistake (I thought it had a Linux version, but it didn't.) It took them a week or so to get back to me, but they did a refund, even though it was my mistake, not their fault. As if that wasn't enough, they actually didn't revoke the game. They just gave me my money back and they left me the game anyway...
These guys made me feel bad, actually.
So yea, I'd say their support is top-notch.
