well due to no support staff replying on my ticket from ages ago:

SirMcCona won a giveaway that i was doing. at the time of winning they weren't suspended but now it says that they are. what should i do?

Get it re-rolled.

User has clearly been involved in some skullduggery, and isn't deserving of your gift.

Rather than raising a support ticket, you can sort this by going to your giveaway screen, and click on "re-roll"...
