Saints Row 3 account

I would post this on the official forum but I can't:

I can not log in to my SR3 account because I forgot my password. As I klicked on the "forgot password" button on the saintsrow homepage and entered my acc name, I didn't get an email.

I also tried it at the THQ page because it's an THQ ID but there it sais, that such an account wouldn't exist..
This is weird.

Can anyone please help me?(:

Worst thing is that the account is steambound and therefore we can't even create a new one.

It's because THQ no longer exists and the servers have been copied to Deep Silver. A lot of people had problems with it. I myself am one of them and got it sorted via Twitter. I just tweeted one of the Tweeters directly and they got it sorted for me.

Happened to me some days ago. Don't waste time posting on forums, send a ticket to deep silver support, they helped me really quick. You need to tell them to restart your password manually, because the restart thing on their web is broken atm.
