I brought multiple times on AMZ and never come cross any region restricted game so far.

It is, can't be activated in Europe. Other Deep Silver games like Metro Last Light are locked too.

IT is region locked to NA, so it does NOT work in EU.

Well I bought both the borderlands and the xcom packs and I got steam keys from both. I'm Swedosh but with an american adress it worked :)

In that case, yes, Manhunt 2 is not Steam. Regardless of whether it says Download or Code, though, I would check each item in every pack to make sure they are actually Steam. Sometimes there are mistakes. For example, I believe the Manhunt + Manhunt 2 pack says Steam DRM at the top, but if you navigate to the Manhunt 2 link, it says SecuRom.

It is possible to filter the list to show Steam DRM, but still check because Wing of the Luftwaffe appears in the list but comments at the bottom say it as no Steam key. Somewhere on the page it MUST say requires Steam to get a key.

Download vs Online Game Code doesnt actually mean much. Click all the links for the games in the package and make sure they all say Steam DRM. In this case, yes, all of the games are for Steam.
