Idk about individual ones, however you can go by Steam rating.
Options:
a) Add them all and sort them in your Steam library by Steam rating.
b) Only add games with good ratings. There are probably several plugins which can display ratings, ESGST is one of them.

You can also visit the F2P section of Steam as there might be some games which have always been free and are worth playing.

I have a question, is there a way to add all the free games using the asf command? I mean using the steamdb extension you can do it but only 1 account at a time, is there something like that in the asf command?

Seems the rate-limiting on activations has been limited further (25-30?). Would it be valuable at all to break them up into chunks of whatever the new limit is? It would suck to go back and edit them all now and again if they update the policy again in the future but just a thought.

For me, no need for the extra work for you. I just click 'em away until Steam says STOP, then I wait and continue later on.
If it's 50 times or 30 times does not matter greatly - not to me at least.
