It is healthy for suggestions to be debated since everyone has their own opinion on what would be a good or a bad idea. In this case, I can't see any reason not to add this though.

When I search for game-trades over google, I typically get dozens of links to this site that all link to the same page. Google believes they are different trades because the title (and hence, on this site, the URL) has changed.
This can be fixed by adding a canonical URL link to each trade.
For instance, for this random trade, you would place the following tag in the
<head>
:Then even when the title/URL changes, Google will still recognize it as the same trade.
