I almost bought resident evil 4 on GMG (for 4€) just a few minutes ago, so I'll probably buy this.

No problem. In fact, all Dead Rising games can be activated in germany without a VPN.

Since when? Because two years ago I tried activating a key from Humble Story for Off the records. And Steam told me that the activation is IP blocked for all of Germany. Similar reports have been said by other users for the recent Capcom bundle with Off the records.

got the first tier but probably won't going to upgrade to BTA. RE4 is LV, dead rising is not available and i'm not interested in tex murphy or reg. ops
Maybe i want sonic gen. but probably skip the BTA and look for group splits for it

Only applies to buying it, though. Activates, installs, and plays just fine without using VPN. Just like the others. =)

If I'm not wrong Battle mode only affects the multiplayer part of the game, the campaign should be the same.

yes but it's the same game than dreamcast and gamecube .. and for pc with ths glorious era , Sega cut the game to sold it 2 times ... and if i'm not wrong the battle part has a tamagotchi soloplayer minigame .

Actually Battle wasn't part of the original dreamcast version, it was added for the gamecube release and then turned into a DLC for all the HD versions. Sure they made that move out of greed probably but the campaign was already complete before Battle was added.
Oh and the chao garden was mostly copypasted from the first Sonic Adventure so I doubt the DLC has any effect on it.
