You don't have to write every GA, it's just one a month so easy to keep track.
And for the why it's simple, I don't have any bots so I check manually. Threads spare me time of my life :)

The problem is not that I am lazy to write something once a month. The problem is that if I joined more groups like this, I would have to remember which groups want to write it to their site and which don't want to and what url has every the group. It's quite annoying and I am sure I would often forget to write it there. Some groups have bots that write it to their group pages automatically. Maybe it would be worth to ask them to lend you the technology. For example, Archi's group has it.

RULES

-One mandatory GA per month. GA must be group-only and must be added in the proper section of the forum (unbundled GAs are counted for 2 -months)
-Be respectful (don't insult, don't be rude, be generous...)

-Shared GAs won't count as monthly but will be apreciated anyway
-Inactivity for more than 2 months can lead to expulsion, as well as not creating any GA
