Got a MacBook for university (studying software engineering), wouldn't trade it for a Windows Laptop/Ultrabook/Gamerbook. I own a gamer laptop running W8.1 though, it's collecting dust ever since I got my MacBook.

I'm using PC as well as Mac. And I don't feel like Macs are worse.

Let me see.

  • I switched from atheist to a believer.
  • I switched from single to a family guy (I want to keep it that way)
  • I switched between countries a few times.
  • I switched my political views around. Wisdom says you'd better do that at least once, and no more than once in you lifetime.
  • I switched between careers a quite few times, from military to civilian, from technician to management (and back), from desk job to manual labor (and back), from 8-5 to around the clock schedule (and back). I'm sure I'm not done yet.
  • I guess my cells are changing, too. It's hard to keep up with that one.

Nuf said. How about you?

Uh, many things, like you. A bit more than one year ago, I used to hate Steam because of this "the games you buy don't belong to you and we can switch off your account at the push of a button without you being able to do anything about it" thing.

So I switched opinion of it, mainly because I had no choice but to activate games bought in stores on it. Now I must admit I love it, apart for the whole Damocles sword that is the fact that our accounts can be deleted at the push of a button.

I've been using Win. 7 ever since it came out; my PC got infested with a virus, and I installed linux. It was fast, easy, and reliable, with an extremely minimal change of viruses. To run PC stuff I ran Wine, though after about a year of using Linux I ended up switching back to win. 7. It wasn't as fast, though the fact it's so compatible with everything and run games better than in Wine.
