Well Mobile part is really unknown, most times they follow when PC is free, but lately they had been weird and disappearing from mobile somehow sometimes... idk what's wrong.

They seem to delist/relist product somehow, earlier when I checked before posting, some games were missing, but 1-2 hours after posting they're back again somehow.

yep, sadly that's the workaround for when the web isn't working at all.
Sometimes you need to open new tab and load the page instead of reload to make it works.

Still unsure when will be the proper moment when their site isn't crashing at all.

Megapolis doesn't seem to be the Lonely Troops game but a different game with the same name.
Edit: The one by Lonely Troops is called "Megapolis 2010" on the MS store and you linked it correctly in the table above. Both that one and the one just called Megapolis are free currently.
