No gift link for South Park in humble monthly

Was just wondering if someone knew why there isn't a gift link option for South Park in the new humble monthly, dunno if it's just me or if I missed an announcement, any answers are appreciated thanks in advance!

They announced no gift link due to some regions not allowing the game or different versions. Something like that.
