Here's my theory: maybe you just didn't had GTA IV at all and now you just invented this excuse with this friend who hacked you.Don't get mad at me,it's just my opinion,of course I could be wrong.

So basically, what you are saying is that you gave someone you don't really know,
the keys to your house and car, then looked away, and now some stuff are missing and you are surprised/mad that it happened?

I mean, seriously, didn't you think something like this could happen?

Here is a funny fact for you:

If your account got hacked and steamguard was turned on and your hacker changed the E-Mail and Password after he "hacked" your account? The only thing that will happen is that your account will be locked.

The only thing you have to do is to contact the Support to unlock it and write it back to your old email.

Your never owned GTA as a gift and this is just a lame excuse.

if you have your confirmation check (if you payed it with you credit card) you can send this information to steam support and they'll retrieve your account. and all your information about this buying will help you to take back your account.
