and how exactly could they filter out fake charity organisations asking donations and such?

Has steamgifts ever discussed adding a charity element to the giveaways? Something where people could buy charity credits to be used for entries in certain giveaways that can be setup with proceeds to be aggregated to go to charity? Like buy a bundle of 1000 charity credits for $1 (totally made up numbers, but you get the idea), and have certain giveaways that can only be entered with charity credits? Many games are 10pts or less, so you'd really only be using $0.01 per entry, but in total it could add up over time.
