Is there a way to make MGS codec screen as locked screen wallpaper with working clock on Android?

I don't believe that. Google knows actually not more than 1% of things existing. As a prove, I couldn't find things I already seen cause they were not popular enough to be shown on first 73284274982374 pages. Also Google, for some dub reason, have limit of how many images (in Image Search) You can see. Just after some time, You scroll and scroll... and there is no more images. So google isn't reliable source of finding everything. Google don't know everything. Sadly. And actually I too rarely can find an answer to mu questions/problems via Google.

I have no idea what skinnable lock screen mean. I don't even know how lock screens works in android. And I'm not good at making skins either. So it's not really that simple as "look at skinnable lock screen and make a skin".

And this article is pretty weird. Why would I want to replace the lock screen? I just want it to LOOK different. When I download an .ico file, I don't download a file system itself. I just download an image that will make specific icon looking in specific way. I want this that way. Why can't this be that easy? It should. It's just a wallpaper after all. Nothing more. I don't want to use things that disable what they don't need to disable, lol.
