Any cheap, easy way to get steam points?

I figured out that I don't need to waste them for awards and I can buy catgirls instead.

You get points for spending money on Steam, is there even any other way to get them that Steam just isn't telling us about?

Well, if you have nothing to buy yourself, maybe buy for others?

I heard you could farm them easily if your friends declined your gift. So you send a steam gift to your frend and get points for that. But your friend decline it and money returns to you, but the points aren't refunded. Also you should do it with steam wallet, so return could be instant.
I don't know if Steam fixed that or not and I didn't try it myself.

Make a meme-esque review on a popular game that you know will grant you tons of awards... that's the only cheap solution I can think of that isn't shady

Hmm, well you can either write good reviews for games to get awards (or meme-y ones depending of the community). I heard there's also a thing where you gift smth to a friendand they send it back to you, so you get your money back but the points stay on your account — iirc it's kind of old so it probbaly won't work anymore.

Art, guides and reviews may be the way to get points without spending money. For example I managed to get enough points to get the gold profile for 30 days (which is over now pff) by only writing stuff.
