It would have to be a normal number, so that every possible finite sequence of digits is contained in Pi. It is commonly believed that Pi is normal, but there hasn't been any proof yet. But as Birthdays only consist of 8 digits you can just find the birthdays explicitly.
Now if Pi is normal, that means you can find every finite thing that can be encoded into numbers inside Pi, e.g. every book that will never be written, all Justin Bieber song lyrics and of course the proof that Pi is normal (if a proof exists).
