EU Court Ruling Allows for Re-sale of Used Games by End-Users

"This step is huge in the digital distribution sense. You are now officially allowed to sell your Steam / Origin / GoG games and whatever…if you live in Europe.

This means Steam, GOG, Origin, et al., NEEDS to supply a way to transfer the ‘right to download the game’ to the proper party."

I disagree. Just because it is legal for customers to sell their used games / software doesn't mean anybody has to provide them with the actual means to do so.
