Have you considered adding conditional formatting to the Ended column? Store the end datetime in that column and it will automatically change background color (or any format styles) if the datetime on the cell is before or after the current time (with precission up to the minute if you set it so in the spreadsheet settings). Example

That's a great idea! It would be very helpful now that the .doc is very long (yay! :D) but a little messy.
Btw. why did you (I mean xScreaMx) block the .doc? It was easier for me when I could download it as an excel... ^^U

You can check the exact end time of a GA by hovering over the time remaining (providing it would save you time), and browsing the sheet from a different tmz wouldn't make any difference because you would be interested in noticing wich ones are still going , not in knowing the exact end time (the NOW() function will return now in sheet tmz so comparison between that and cells values will remain valid).

You are doing giveaways only in private groups (at least in the last year) but you are winning quite a lot from public and private GAs. In my opinion, there should be public (or private) GAs every once in a while.

well i cant give games away to everyone lol. so i take my groups as priority since you have to pay to be in them. cant be in a private group without giving anything away. its a sad fact but i havent got a choice sadly

Just a hint, or a small tip if you allow it - if you can buy a non-bundled game every month or so, then you can probably (or not, it's your money and you know how much do you want to spend) afford to buy a 1$ bundle every now and then - for example HB weekly has 4 good games in it's first tier.
