Someone posted on ST 14 minutes ago that is selling his key from pcgamer so it might just be over.

they can easily - when Alienware were giving away AMD Silver codes in batches of 500 it usually took like 1-1.5min for all 500 codes to dissapear. 3000 in ~15minutes is quite long.
