Cannot create a new givaway

Tried it two times, the after "confirm giveaway", the screen is just there sitting white.

Tried two times, the same.

Then check on my profile whether it was created, nop. Couldn't find it

Cancel this. It seemed that 3rd time is the charm. I got it the 3rd time. Dunno why I need to do it 3 times to create it

Strange, I had the exact same thing (blank screen after confirmation) a few hours ago. 3rd time was the good one, and I created other GAs after that without any problem.
