You can also try to use gems. They are more easily controlled and you don't have to dig through half the internet to find out where to buy the damn thing (refs are not sold on the market, at least I sure as hell never found 'em). The problem with gems is that their price is more fluctuating (for example, 6 weeks ago 1000 gems were €0.80-0.83, now they are €0.69).

Open them to give the cards to some unrestricted card trading bot. Or just give them as they are as some bots/card exchangers deal in boosters do. (I just add them to my card trading bot, sometimes people do booster or 3 card : 1 booster trades with it, as I allow 1:1 trades from different sets.)
Or reap the 3-10 cent "profit". Those accumulate over time.

And in CSGO I guess there are some keys thats worth half.
