I'll see if I can get the money for it until 29. Right now I bought Deadlight, Shank and Shank 2. I hope I can get Braid and To the Moon also until the end of the week.

Never mind even 75% off, I'd just keep an eye on Humble Bundle with their new weekly deals. Worth waiting it out to pick it up for $1.

It was 75% off in the beginning of this month. Honestly, the difference is so little you might as well just get it.

Braid is a great game, and certainly worth $4. On the other hand, it has routinely been $2.50 on sale and has showed up in a few bundles, so if you wait you'll almost definitely be able to get it cheaper at some point in the not too distant future. Just a matter of how eager you are to play it, really.
