'Excists in your account' while it doos not

Lets say i want to enter a CS:GO contest, but i have the beta, and so i cannot.

could i go in another account (that has a game ofcourse) and enter that contest and if i win it, i send it to my main account?

i know you cannot gift/make a giveaway of the game you won but i just wonder :)

No you can't. The whole CS:GO thing is an oversite and due to current lack of moderation it hasn't been fixed. Not much else you can do but sit tight.
