psbox had it right:) what likely happened is you upgraded to win 10 and the copy of ExpressCacheApp you had installed while you were in win 7 was not compatible with win 10, there are likely a few programs that will have issues running in windows 10 if they were installed in windows 7 before you upgraded, some will automatically update and others will just work still but if you run into any other program failing to launch just uninstall them and download win 10 versions if available:)
(in the future dont "upgrade" your system do a clean install of the new os it saves you from a lot of hassles and will run better)

I have a SanDisk SSD ExpressCache thingamabob in my computer. It's been installed for ages, since last year when I had Windows 7. I have since upgraded to Windows 10. I have no idea to check if the SSD is even doing anything anymore since the upgrade, but today I was cleaning out my computer, looking through everything and saw SanDisk in my program files and then I launched ExpressCacheApp. I had no idea what it would do (I hoped it would display information about the status of it etc.) but when I opened it, it says: "ExpressCache was not installed properly. Fix the issue and try again." So, does that mean that my express cache SSD thingamabob isn't even working? Guh!
P.s. I suck at computers and I'm a complete nooby when it comes to tech stuff (even though I've been using computers since forever :P )
