I never experienced such thing, yet. On the other hand once I won a GA after the creator asked for a reroll (don't know what was the problem with the original winner) :D BUMP! Awesome ratio by the way!

I'm guilty of not checking to see if my winners have actually activated my gifts x.x...
Usually I only do giveaway for level 2+ forum goers or level 7+ public denizens.
The only trouble I've had is there was a guy who took my gift and didn't mark it as received.. Ended up having to get support to mark it for me. Said person is now blacklisted :3.

whenever i give away to certain groups i never check: I know it's all good. public and some private ga's I do check. I just wish my games go to someone nice (emough).

My bump drama was about free weekends. I've won a DLC for game I do not own, gladly GA creator knew issues like that occur and we just made a re-roll.
I wish you as many little green received sweet cookies as you can handle, on BOTH sides of course! :D

No real drama here. I've got a win that wasn't delivered because the creator had real-life releated issues, so I don't mind it. She had her own problems, there was no reason to make things even worse.
On my part I had to do 2-3 dozens of rerolls because of the regifters/other rulebreakers, but all of them went smoothly.
Un-blacklisted two BL'ed users because they had good reasons why they did what they did and both of them was really polite, not demanding.
Soo nothing drama in the fields the most could happen, I'm really happy about that :)
In my SG life the biggest drama is: who will win the gif-fights? I really enjoy watching them on forums and below giveaways :P

I unfortunately have had drama like you talk about in the OP. Giveaway creator had a forum thread talking about his GA and made a short whitelist for an invite only giveaway based on a bunch of critera. I met all the criteria followed his instructions to contact him and successfully did the quiz he requested. Then he gave me the giveaway link, which I entered and won. A day or two after the end of the GA though he decided he didn't want to give it away afterall. Since he wouldn't give the game though, and he kept asking I eventually agreed to let him just delete the GA instead of leave it open and mark it unreceived since at that point I didn't want to even bother with it anymore and by then I just wish I had never gone through all the special conditions to enter in the first place.

And about my drama... Wel, I have darama every each day and I am "a drama" myself so... :P
And yeah, I've actually won PayDay 2 (just after it released) and then GTA 5 (month or so after release date). Both of the giveaways turned out to be fake. I've got some kind of consolation prize for the first one but nothing for winning the GTA 5. I didn't lose anything but some time so who cares? :P

Ooh, I forgot my interesting encounter. Some person won 2 games from my cake day celebration out of 101 titles, both of them activated and said on comment that they are already activated. I added him and was about to discuss this problem (only 2 out of 101 games rendered "already used"). But before I even started he asked me if I wanna steam serial keygen. So there is that :D. No reroll tho :c

You surely have read about this type of giveaway drama, maybe even had a bad experience yourself...
Well.... I haven't. And that's something to celebrate! also: my ratio is under heavy pressure for winning to much games these past days!!!

Sure, I had to reroll a few times because of regifters, had to wait a few days to recieve my gift or had a hard time contacting a giveaway winner... but in the end it always worked out fine! All 188 games marked as recieved with happy faces on both end of the giveaway!
