If you're asking why all the games are marked as a bundle when they aren't single keys, it's due to the fact people will submit the bundle key as whichever game to receive real contribution. Why would the winner complain when they receive bonus games along with the game they won?

Some people might already have some of the games, hence they can go after the ones they don't have, quite simple really.

Two reasons:

First, and probably most common (aside from exploiting), I do it when I already own a game in a bundle.

Second, and I've only done this once, when I want to give away a bundle in full but there's no option to do so. It would be cool if SGifts offered the ability to give away a named bundle even if the keys are separate i.e. Amazon bundles.

Also depends on the bundle. Some bundles give you individual keys, some give just a bundle key. Heck, I bought a bundle yesterday that was a bundle of 5 bundles so I had 5 keys, each for 10 games and gave one of those bundles away. Another bundle I bought was one bundle with 11 keys for individual games. Bundles really vary, especially with all these holiday specials.
