You probably didn't disable it well. They made it a pain to truly disable. The buttons that would usually be "ok" are in this case "keep it on."
Shield is a scam anyway. They will help you no matter whether you enabled it or not. The only benefit you get is that they will prioritize you. But the only time I had to deal with them I disabled it and they still solved it within a day...

i have bad experience on G2A
i bought a game on G2A, it was Resident Evil Revelation for 1.7 euro in Mei 2016 then in September 2016 it got revoked.

Really? 5 months after purchase? That seems like a really long time for a charge back to occur - most credit card companies have a 120 calendar day rule for fraudulent purchase charge backs.

that is absolutely crazy! I know my credit card fraud protection is limited to 120 days so I get cell phone sms notifications sent to my phone whenever its used for a purchase :o

Each time u proceed u have to keep on disabling the shield , it always activates on its own unless u keep on disabling it (Its automatic so by default it will always be on) OR maybe it has something to do with g2a shield 30 days trial or something after its ending they charge u for g2a shield

Always read everything twice when you checkout it says you can enable a subscription (30 day shield) its in there but people that don't read everything don't see no reason to contact support for this because they will say its your own fault because u didn't read it..
Its not a bug its just not 100% visible and if u skip through it too fast u don't see it still your own fault because u should read everything before u buy something

No problems with G2A since i don't use it. If i buy/sell stuff on the second market, i go with kinguin and never had any problems so far (bought around 20 games there and sold around 5).

I contact to support to ask how to disable the auto charge every month and the support told me to deactivate G2A Shield, I asked if my G2A shield will stay for this month and support says yes...
I deactivate G2A shield and now I dont have any shield any more...
And everything left to support to say is there was misunderstanding and they are sorry...
Its the support fault!
If you cant give me my 2 euro you should give me my shield back!!

Today, I bought CS:GO revolver case key from G2A.
The seller got 100% +rep so I disabled the G2A shield.
After few hours I saw it charged me for G2A Shield too.
Now I talked with G2A costumer support and there are saying I activated it...
Im trying to explain to G2A I didnt but they dont understand.
Its probaly a bug or something like that but G2A cant understand this...
