So after all the "we love KoA" on here that convinced me to get it, I have to ask, was anyone else disappointed by Alyn Shir leaving? I mean, like, the whole game I'm sitting there yelling "tell me how we know each other goooddd" and then you finally find out at the end and then she leaves and you can't find her. #sadness

Nah, wasn't that sad. Did wish there was deeper character development between the two and more to their story though. KoA2? :D

They WERE making.* Obviously before all the debt. But apparently EA wants to publish more.

I've only played the demo, for me $50 was too much for that game. How is it though?

It's really good, and plays as if Skyrim and God of War had a lovechild. Also, it's like $15 for steam and $7.50for Origin. Or was 2 days ago.

I've never completely beaten the game. It's a great game but gets extremely boring when it doesn't get challenging anymore.

During the tower thingy near the end on the island (I forget names) my shitty swords and low level made me deal like 10 dmg. I grinded 2 levels on my first sidequests, spent 160k on the frost sword (which is why I grinded. I bought it and couldn't equip) and then raped the rest of the game easy. Better yet I went full melee warrior mode with only longswords and only passives in the skill tree. It does get way too easy, but I guess its also cuz u learn the fighting styles not as much being op. Cuz I can kill shit with 12 dmg a hit when they have 600 hp. It just takes a while.

I'm really not sure what my point was.

You can't jump in the game :( deal breaker for me.

Annoying at first but you get used to it. It avoids the whole getting into unintended areas thing that many games have. I've jumped my way within inescapable invisible wall barriers too many times.

I remember playing the heck out of the game, never did get super far in the story I got sidetracked by all of the side quests and only got level 24. But I can't seem to get back into it though because the camera being so close up gives me a headache. :(

you know, I know more about the workstations the developers used(maybe because I worked where some of them were put together, tested then sent to him) than the game :/

even had a special laser etched case for it(well the panel was laser etched)
