I think I found what the first step is, but now I've got errors :(
Edit: So I made a script for this first step because I'm a flawed human and kept making mistakes xD But now I have no idea what to do with the result. It doesn't look like any cypher...
Edit2: Wow found totally at random a new way of interpretation for my result... Now I have what looks like a giveaway code but it still needs more work :D

Indeed. There's just too many variables to choose from looking at the deciphered message. I know what it is, and what it leads to, but I can't really pinpoint what you want based on that.

You just have to think as straightforwardly as possible. If you've really deciphered the message and got what it leads to you are missing the last (and easiest) step :s

I've tried two most common codes for this, but it's too hardcore to count without spaces(very hardcore and needs hours). Puzzle should be so difficult or I use wrong way?

Some of you might remember me, some of you might remember my puzzles, some of you might not remember neither me or my puzzles. But anyway what can I say? A second year since my registration on SG has just passed, and I'm very proud of you guys, both the users and the staff, and thank you CG for having created and supported this awesome community through the years. Unfortunately I've been quite absent in the last months because of my uni studies that take most of my time and probably this situation will go on for many months more. I've missed a lot of changes as I can see from my stealthy and rare sneak-peeking and a lot (a very huge lot) of activity on the forum...But I didn't want to totally ignore my cakeday exactly because I love you! <3 I couldn't manage to complete my master evil puzzle designed for this cakeday so I'll give you just a smaller puzzle to wait for the real, big, marvellous and evil ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) one.
