So i came upon this mail this morning, its pretty obvious that this is not the real Steam Support
Not only does it have multiple spelling errors, it even looks unprofessional

so i created this topic to bring to light of this possible credit card scam and to see if any of you guys encountered this before

Edit: here are the GAs

Exactly, and to prevent smarter people who'll realise it's a scam from sucking up their bandwidth. Basically a screener.

Haven't got any pretending to be Steam. Was it automatically sent to your spam/junk folder out of interest?

I like how only three of the countless mistakes are highlighted.

Truth be told, these people don't magically figure out your e-mail. You've signed up on an iffy forum or have been posting your e-mail openly.

Asking for the info of 'stolen visa' while knowing that Valve would already know that info. Logic, there is none in this email. Immediately knew it was a fake from the email. The broken English only further cemented it as fake. :/ Every email I've ever gotten with broken English I flag as phishing, instantly.

The funny part is that there are actually people out there who are stupid enough to fall for this. And that makes me question the future of mankind.
