That moment when I haven't bought any bundles from them in so long that Humble Bundle's UI seems completely alien and unfamiliar...
Either way, BTA since I had been looking at Party Hard and The Final Station for some time now and most of the other ones looks pretty good too.

I freaking loved Final Station. It's worth the BTA price alone, especially before it jumps higher.

I really, really, really want Hello Neighbor. That game looks awesome.

It's going to be $29.99 at launch. Normally I would wait for a sale...but for $39.99 I get that game, plus all this other stuff...

Man that is tempting. Not sure.

I went with Tier 2. Just couldn't justify spending $39.99!

(I always set the Charity slider to 100%, seems like the best option).

Meh, only interested in Speedrunners. I'll probably just get Tier 1 for that game, and give the rest away.

Maybe I would just buy tier 2 (only locked $5.88) on this one, tier 3 seemed too expensive...

Just a tip, price of BTA's almost always inreases and 5.38$ is usually the lowest sweet spot

was the first time I was interested in BTA, so I didn't have experience with that q.q
I suppose I'll gotta either pass or get it for 7€ now xD
My stream started 5 minutes after the reveal, so I was rushed >.<

Always open a new tab if you want to see if the BTA got higher or lower! :) Just to save some in case you are low on money.

Good to know that would work! I thought if the BTA changed to higher I wouldn't get the second tier anymore because of those few cents, so I waited until it was stable. And it was too high for me when it reached a stable state xD

Np! It's always the BTA that you see on your open tabs that counts (unless you are on your cellphone, that doesn't always work).

Ah damn, The Final Station would have been nice. Wasn't around yesterday though and the BTA is way to high now to justify a purchase for this game alone. Quite nice bundle though.

when you can just give the difference to your favorite charity

So they have added the european Red Cross by now ? Because that would be awesome.

Edit: Sadly not the case. The 3rd one could be easily mistaken as the international branch but it is not.

Ain't it obvious? It's an amount too high, above my comfort zone of spending towards bundles. It doesn't matter to me where the money goes in the end, I don't wanna spend 7$ of my money. I would have thought about investing in whatever charity, developer, humbletip if the amount I would have had to consider was significantly lower. Why would it change a thing if I give my money to charity? It's still too much money in my eyes. I rather spend it on real life stuff instead.

I understand your sentiments crystal clear, and I totally agree with them. I just wanted to get my own perspective out there that I am experiencing firsthand in a country with plenty of resources for the sick and suffering. I'm not trying to challenge what you are saying, but just venting my own frustrations about my country here:

I can't pay for my medical needs right here in America. I need help right here in my own country, and... medical insurance isn't paying for my treatment when doctors ask for certain things for me. I cannot see many doctors, since most do not take my insurance because I am poor (discrimination, anyone?). I can barely afford a lot of the nutrients I need (I have things like Pancreatic Insufficiency and Osteoporosis, which make vitamins, minerals, OTC things like that important for me to prevent it from damaging my body more). I am slowly dying as well, a long agonizing torturous death... and my quality of life is terrible compared to the standard of living around me, being unemployed and living in a nightmare I cannot escape, yet for some reason, nobody is helping disabled get back on their feet because of cost vs profits. Nobody is taking responsibility, and they are cutting more and more corners here on care from poor - treating us as though we are a cancer that is stealing, when in fact it is the really rich that are leeching and sucking the life from the system in the form of massive amounts of interest, and not giving back. The money they got came from somewhere, yet they refuse to give back in many cases. It is their responsibility to give more back, yet they are not held accountable, and more and more restrictions are placed on the poor, and less and less on the rich here. At least people with cancer are taken seriously. Cancer you either live or die from... while these conditions are neverending suffering. Cancer would be a welcome escape in many cases. I have known people who have gone through both, and they say they would rather go through cancer many times over than deal with lyme.

Perhaps they (Americans in power) are in the same boat as me when I say the bundle is too expensive now. I am worth more profits being sick than getting well, and possibly stealing their jobs. ;) That would not be good, since living with pain and suffering creates an adversity unknown to most healthier working people. I have an iron will and character that was shaped by many years of suffering. They (and myself when I was well) give up very easily by comparison, because life or pressure seems too hard. We'd be able to power through almost anything given a chance at being well, since we (very sick people) experience things the average well person will never know... and we are forced to have to live through it, and push on, or take our lives. Many end up taking their lives because it just gets too difficult as the accumulated burden just becomes too much to bear. The never-ending flu I must perform through, while the working person has it for a few days - they can take time to rest, and recover. I do not recover. What many of them experience in a "bad day" is better than what I experience on my best days, compared to when I was healthier and in that type of lifestyle/situation. Now, for many and myself included, there is no recovery from the malaise feeling or fatigue for me, and/or many others here that are suffering with the constant problems and other pain and discomforts. I have over 15 - 20 illnesses that have been discovered so far, and counting. I have better days sometimes, but in comparison to my healthy bad days when I was somewhat well, my best days now are much worse than I could have even imagined when I was on the other side of healthy.

I am not downplaying the importance of people in need elsewhere, but a society like mine that doesn't protect its own is only as strong as its weakest link. They have more than enough here... but where is it going? Half our budget goes to things like military, and military is what created my illness in the first place (Plum Island and bioweapons). Ignoring those that need it at home is like me trying to help everyone else and not taking care of my own body as best I can to get better. It's the "forest for the trees" problem. I don't have anyone to advocate for me, and I am brushed under the rug as a dirty little secret, and denied possible help just because of expenses. And the people making the rules? They are not sick like me. They will probably never know even half of what it is like to feel the way the chronically ill feel on a daily basis, when you have systemic problems that will only get worse over time. They should either help us, or humanely take us all out by killing us in some manner. That would be much more humane than letting us suffer constantly, and the whole time making loads of profits off of the suffering.

I (my internal body) went from 12 years old to 70 years old in a matter of years.... If I make it that far, well, it'll be a mess, since my condition is already that bad now, according to specialists I see that focus on those areas (bones, muscles, etc.).

If I'd caught this when I was resting up, I probably would have gone for it at around $5 or $6. Too high now for me to want to get these though. I think I'll see them again within the year elsewhere for less. Too many games in the backlog already... :D
