I know this was discussed here before, but I believe it was closed without proper reason.

If you read the requirements in Steam, both "Full Deck" and "Foil Conversion" require only the base game and possibly one of Deck Packs. But it's not true you need to have "Full Deck" to be able to buy "Foil Conversion".

Does it make any sense to have "Foil Conversion" without the "Full Deck", you ask? Yes, it does, since you can unlock the whole (non-shiny) deck in-game only by playing. Am I right or am I right?

P.S.: Just to make sure - when a giveaway has 0 entries and no winners, the creator's value isn't increased at all?
EDIT: OK, I get it. The value is not increased. Now back to the main topic.

"P.S.: Just to make sure - when a giveaway has 0 entries and no winners, the creator's value isn't increased at all?" <- Seriously? No, of course the contributor value will increase, excuse me, while I make 50 bethesda complete pack private giveaways without sending the link to anyone.

Funny, but private and public might be handled a bit differently.

0 entries does not increase creator value.

Yep. You can just read the rules, you know? If it indeed increased contributor value, everygiveaway would be this foil conversion and children of the nile dlc.

I did and I didn't find any explicit rule about that. Only some implications between the lines.

The last line was just a little niche, I'd also really like some comments on anything above last line.

Well, see all my giveaways. Count the value in each one, and see if I have 90$ from the Magick Giveaways :D

It wasn't closed with reason at all unless the OP did it. The forum closes threads automatically after 30 days without activity.

Also, thank you for using the search bar. It's okay to remake a thread after seven months.

You're welcome.

So what about that requirement? Do you agree it's too strict and could be removed?

I'm neutral, to be honest, but make a support ticket explaining all this (use the Add New Game category) and I'll pass cg on to it, see what he thinks.
