Problem with doing a giveaway with five copies

I want to do a giveaway on 5 copies of Perimeter 2: New Earth, but it says that I am able to create up to 4 additional gifts.

What should I do to increase it to 5? If it is possible anyways..

I don't to do separate giveaways, I want only one who includes 5 copies for winners from that specific giveaway's enteries

Ask support to add 1 giveaway slot(slow) or make one hour giveaway to increase slots yourself(fast)

Just did a giveaway in order to do what you just wrote, but I didn't add any slot.

(Before I had 4 slots, and after this giveaway I have still 4 slots)

then i was wrong and it is 1 slot for 2 succesful giveaways, or the price of the game matters.

Did the winner mark it as received ?
I'm pretty sure it must be received before you get a slot expansion.

You get an extra slot for ever 3 successful giveaways you make. (After the winner marked it as received).

Open a support ticket, explaining your situation, and asking them to provide you with an additional giveaway slot.

Weird, because last time I contact support, they took a whole week to answer me.

Well, anyways I will try to that. Hope they will answer me soon.

Probably longer than a day.

Realistically you have two choices:

  • Do the giveaway in two stages, but get to make the majority of these giveaways today

  • Wait a while and make a giveaway for all 5 items at once.

These are likely to be your only options, unless you get exceptionally lucky.

Giveaway slots increase with successful giveaways - and decrease with deleted giveaways (they take up a slot).

So as has been said, make more giveaways, or ask support to increase your available slots :)

Thanks, I contacted support and they told me that I need to do 3 sucessful giveaway to increase my slots.

I believe you get a new slot for every 3 giveaways you've completed, so if you're in a rush you could try making some 1 hour giveaways for any cheap bundle junk you already own, and hope the winners mark them received quickly. Good luck!

Yes, support already told me that when they answered my ticket few hours ago.

I will do now a giveaway of bundle games so it will increase my slots to 5.
