Here

In one of the giveaways you have a guy saying thanks even though there is no entry in it.

That was my life.

EDIT: So much bots commenting trying to protect their accounts

EDIT2: To me people who say thanks just for their stupid ratio deserve the same fate as pedophiles

EDIT3: I've seen I hurt a lot of pedophiles's feelings, so let's just replace it with Jehovah's witnesses or poorly parked people.

"That was my life."

What is your life? I'm confused about which part of that represents what you do during the entire waking day. Do you constantly say thanks for your ratio?

Maybe his life is finding out bots from real comments...if that is the case, he needs a hobby.

Sometimes it happens you enter a giveaway, say thanks and then find a giveaway of a game you rally want and you are missing Points, so you remove the entry in the previous giveaway but why remove the comment?

Also i think that people who complains about people saying "Thanks" are assholes who deserve to be sent to the moon with 15 seconds of oxygen, just saying.

saying thanks when entering giveaway is a way of spamming and maintaining entry/comments ratio, but saying thanks after winning/receiving the game is the real thanks.

Nope. That's your idea of "real thanks". Some people like to thank others for the opportunity to win a game, or simply for creating giveaways which help maintain the site and its community.

Yes, for some saying "thanks" is simply a way of boosting their comments, but don't presume everyone's motivations are as cynical as as your own.

I thank people for the chance to win, as well as for the actual gift should I end up winning. Both are "real thanks".

Yeah. Had that guy ever gave a game away he would know there is nothing more depressing than silence in comments with a lot of entries. It's just decency to thank someone for spending money to give you a chance, too bad some lazy people try to justify themselves :|

Seems a little too serious.
I have a rule on my giveaways for people that say "Thanks" (or similar) but I wouldn't liken them to pedophiles.

In OP's mind, pedophiles are better people than those who thank others for acts of generosity to the community. Your world must be a whole lot more complicated than mine.

Wow dude, you need to chill out. If the support has any problems with it, they can deal with it themselves, what's your problem?

Well sometimes I've entered a giveaway and said "thank you" but leave after, because I win the game on another giveaway, or brought it (Or even on few cases needed the points back for another giveaway >.o), in these cases I'll confess I don't search for my "thank" and delet it just because of leaving the giveaway, maybe some another people do the same.

You don't need to leave giveaways you've entered if you've won 1 already, you can just ask owner to reroll it after you win, but he'll do it anyway if he sees you won it.

Yes, because it's totally cool thing to do bothering admins with needless stuff due to laziness and increasing their workload, am I rite? -.-

You people are so butthurt. Chances are so small that you win 2 giveaways at same time (Not implying it's impossible) to be worth a while to leave others, only if you want points back.

I often enter giveaways using "Comment and Enter" and then later I decide to remove my entry but either forget to remove my comment or just can't be bothered to do it.
