I always thought Ibb & obb looked like a fun relaxing game to play, especially if you have a player 2 to share the game with.
For games that I've actually played though: can't go wrong with some Super Mario Bros.

I don't think my suggestion is exactly like Moonlight, but I found Submerged to be quite relaxing. I have a whole bunch of screenshots on my Steam Profile if you were interested. I highly recommend it!:)

It's not a very well-known game, but it's really beautiful and overall relaxing. (sometimes it does get tense. )
More of an experience then a game tho and the play time is pretty short so Idk if that suits you. :P

the ones that come to mind have already been mentioned. I liked "Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons" (need to go back for the achievements I missed) better than "to the moon" and "a bird story" Bastion is on my list to get and Mimpi
