I like kinguin the best. I'd I had a problem with a windows 7 key, i hopped on their 24/7 online chat, and they made it right within 24 hours. I have used g2a as well, and not had a problem, but have not heard good things about their customer service.

I think Kinguin has amazing support. I think that's why I'll probably stick with them- if something goes wrong, I'm 95% sure that they'll at least refund me, if not make it right. One time I had to get a refund, and they even gave me a 10% off voucher, which was great. Unfortunately, it didn't make up the difference in cost, but still, nice to get and it's not their fault a seller didn't fulfill their end of the bargin.
Moral of the story: Use Paypal, be willing to contact support, don't buy from "too good to be true" vendors with very little feedback.
