You can contact either of the giveaway creators and them to reroll, you will have to provide the game for the new winner.

Assuming you have used the first key and have not touched the second key, you can try to ask the giveaway creator to request a new winner. (Or the other way round.)
But I guess you are out of luck there, as most creators of GAs with that many copies do not care.

Well it's not impossible to sort out, just a lot harder. You'll have to buy a new key, get the giveaway creator to trust you that your key is legit. Then ask for reroll.

But looking at it, it's 7 months ago, so it's not gonna happen.

It doesn't have to be a key. It can be anything even a beer or money, hehe. He just have to compensate it somehow. It depends on the creator if they accept it. I mean if we are talking about deleting the GA. For reroll it has to be a key, of course.

In the meantime, do not mark the second giveaway as received, and post in the comments section of the giveaway asking for a reroll. Leave it in the "Awaiting Feedback" status.

Whelp.

Don't worry, I'll try to explain. Being registered for so long means you had enough time to read faq and rules (compared to someone registering an hour ago and making the same mistakes you did)... which among other things, clearly state using scripts for joining and winning the same game twice is against the rules - and what to do if it happens (contact giveaway creator, tell them to ask for re-roll and so on). It also says very clearly that anything you win must be activated on your account and that selling/giving what you won to a third party is bannable offence.

'Moments later', the second win occured almost 3 days later and you marked both GAs 'received'. That's a bit curious for a mistake by your auto-join script.
Good luck getting one of the GA creators to reroll.
