So, I haven't been active at all here. though I do creep topics. Anyways....

So I found a recent release on steam and I thought hey I should make a giveaway and stuff, and here is the game I am going to make a giveaway for awesome right?

Now heres the thing though, I personally don't like the new CV system too much. So I'm about to make a Support ticket for permission of what Im about to do.

Heres where I need some help and suggestions from you guys. As you can see that game is "manliest of games" for only the "manliest of men" right? So the only way I could figure out if someone actually wants this game is if they own more "manly games" as well. As such I am going to add some restrictions on people who can enter.

To enter I am thinking of having to own a minimum of 3 certain games. One of them being Barbie Dreamhouse Party and 2 others, but I would like you guys to name off the "manliest games" you know and if I like them ill add them to the list of acceptable games that would allow people to enter.

Current List (will continue to add additions) links to store pages are mostly found in peoples posts, worth reading through the thread its pretty amusing

Secret of the Magic Crystals
Barbie Dreamhouse Party
My Ex-Boyfriend the Space Tyrant
Kitty Powers' Matchmaker
Petz series
Mission Runway
High School Musical Games
Disney Princess games
Disney Fairy games
Hatoful Boyfriend

I don't like the CV system at all, new or old :p

I've seen some pop-a-beard-right-out-of-your-chin manly games nominated so far, Secrets of the Magic Crystal has been mentioned quite a few times and if you ever 100% that game I'm pretty sure your balls will have balls, but otherwise one I haven't seen mentioned is:

Snuggle Truck

'cause you ain't a manly bro until you Snuggle Truck

Ibb & Obb

Shouldn't we automatically qualify for the giveaway if we are in possession of two X chromosomes? :D

I thought of this but I don't think that's allowed, and I would prob get some bad feedback if I said that outright, and I mean....I don't have a problem with guys entering.....I guess.....but im pretty sure not many guys ACTUALLY want this......I don't know how good this game is so I don't even know if girls ACTUALLY want this XD but eh, this is how its gonna go since I already bought the game

How much Hatoful Boyfriend have you actually played? Whilst at first glance it might seem to be just another Otome VN when you actually get into the various storylines its actually a full on dystopian murder mystery.

its really funny, its not like a real VN I don't think since they went the rare "bird based plot" they don't really have to take anything seriously. You can finish an arc in 2 hours, it has lots of replayability that way I think since you can skim thorugh it again and again real quick

The "bird based plot" doesn't make it any less of a VN, in fact, that it gives you choices makes it more of a VN than some of the others I've played recently. I know how quick the arcs can be as I've completed all of the base arcs as well as the alternate BBL route which greatly expands on the plot.

I looked on it as a total joke game myself when I first saw it and bought it in the Groupees Build a Doujin Bundle just for the l0lz of owning a pigeon dating sim but after playing it. There's actually a lot more too it then you get from just finishing a couple of arcs.

well I meant sorta like that I think of it as the "goat simulator" of VNs since it wasn't really meant to be good I don't think it was just meant to entertain, if you think it's bad it wasn't meant to be good, if you think it was good well great, glad to see you had fun with it

Have you tried replaying it so you finish all the main character's endings and then once more? That's where stuff gets intense.
I bought it out of a joke when it was last discounted and after finishing it twice was thanking god I didn't pay the full price but then... I couldn't believe how the story took a sudden turn. O.o
I'm just saying in case you've missed that. It's more than worth going through the motions of getting the needed endings to see this story.
Well, in my opinion, that is :)

Try Torchlight2, Portal2, most rpgs like Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines (if old enough), Star Wars Knights of the old republic 1/2, Terraria, Starbound, any of the Lego games.
