Looks like some decent titles that do support english for the price (I'll take the chinese ones I can't play along with it then)... but, since Paypal turned evil and you're in the USA that price probably balloons paying you through Paypal.
Any alternatives?

I think it does show the price before going through with it with fees, so we could give it a try if you don't mind me chickening out if it gets too high from Paypal fines.

i'm skipping almost before even opening the page, no paypal =\ for less than 1$ could have been ok to support some developers but really.. can't read or do anything and there's no paypal ..

I would think it's probably the Chinese "government" stopping western companies getting a foothold ,hence no Paypal.

I can pay in CNY, but I can't create an account in this site. When signing up with Steam it asks me to input my e-mail and a new password, but keeps accusing my e-mail is invalid.
EDIT: Oh, it doesn't accept gmail, that's all.

Same here.

From Chinese Steam forum, they mentioned that the site was attacked since last week, and they took the site off for maintenance and cleaning up trash accounts.

Ok... Seems like we all cannot visit the site. I asked the admin. They say it' under maintenance. Due to the lack of dev faculty, they will spend long time to fix their site. Optimistically they will finish by next month.

Update: I am no longer able to buy CY bundles because I lost stable source of Chinese Yuan exchange. Sorry about that. Please find others to buy. The Chinese steam forum, steamcn.com, is a good choice to go. May the Google translator be with you XD. Btw sensualshakti has tried that. She may know someone or at least has experience on finding someone to buy.
